Every route of the Camino leads to Santiago, in the north of Spain. Pilgrims walk for weeks, and the way gives them something their normal lives rarely do.
Quiet.
Away from the schedule, the inbox, and the constant demands of the job, they find, or find again, their true north. For themselves. For their careers. For their organizations.
That is what I offer.
I give executives and teams the chance to step out of the chaos and the noise, to listen to what they know is true, and to get back on an authentic path.
I've walked two Caminos, so far. All of the pictures on this website were taken while walking on them. Let me know if you'd like to learn more about the Camino de Santiago, or how walking has changed my life.

Find the true problem. The one on the agenda is often a symptom. I listen, ask, and look at the evidence until the real issue is clear.

Slow down. Look at the problem from every side. Understand it fully and weigh the best ways to solve it. This is the quiet part of the work.

Move. With the problem understood and the path chosen, action is faster and the team is ready for it.
Interviews and assessment before any rebuild.
A diagnosis before any new program, process, or system.
A team or organizational health assessment before designing and delivering a workshop or offsite.
The monogram holds the story.
The road runs through the Q.
The star, your true north, sits in the A.
